Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION, BOOKING, RESCHEDULING & DEPOSIT POLICY
I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a cancellation fee of up to 75% of the scheduled service price.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and you may be charged for the time reserved.
If you are unable to make your appointment, you may be charged up to 75% of your scheduled service.
A deposit may be required prior to your appointment. The deposit amount will be based on the services being performed and the amount of time reserved for your appointment. You will be informed of the deposit amount when scheduling.
Once your service is completed, your deposit will be applied toward your total. If you cancel or reschedule outside of the policy above, your deposit may be non-refundable and will not be transferred or applied to a future appointment.
Once your appointment is scheduled, you should receive a confirmation by text. You will also receive an appointment reminder approximately 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Not responding to or confirming your reminder does not cancel your appointment. You are still responsible for contacting me to cancel or reschedule.
SERVICE SATISFACTION & REFUND POLICY
Due to the time, products, and professional expertise involved in providing salon services, all completed services are non-refundable.
If you have a concern regarding your service, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment so I have the opportunity to assess the concern.
When appropriate, I may offer a complimentary adjustment or corrective service. Adjustments must be scheduled and completed within a reasonable timeframe and are offered at my discretion.
Refunds will not be provided in place of an offered corrective service. If you choose to decline the opportunity for an adjustment or correction, the original service remains non-refundable.
