Whether it’s a bold, head-turning color, the perfect sun-kissed blonde, or an elegant bridal style for someone’s big day, I love creating looks that make my clients feel beautiful and confident. Cancellation Policy
I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment.
My CANCELLATION, BOOKING, RESCHEDULING, AND DEPOSIT POLICIES: 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling notice is required. If you are over 15 minutes late you can be charged and need to reschedule. If you are unable to make your appointment you could be charged up to 50% of your appointment. You may be asked to make a deposit prior to your appointment. The amount of deposit is based on services being performed and time blocked out for service. You will be given that amount at the time of scheduling. Once services are complete your deposit will be deducted from your total. Please note that if you don’t follow this policy your deposit can be non refundable, and will not be applied to any future appointments.
Once you have made your appointment you should receive confirmation immediately through text, then you will receive a confirmation 24 hours before your appointment. Even if you don’t confirm your appointment we still require you to cancel either through text or calling.
